Cosmobill was created to solve a problem we kept running into every week. Whenever we brought on a new advertising client or partner, we had to open PayPal, create a fresh invoice, type in all their details, check everything, and send it off. It was repetitive, slow, and pulled time away from actual work.
The process wasn’t complicated. It was just constant. And as our brands grew, the number of invoices grew with them. We found ourselves spending more time entering information than building the things our clients were paying us for.
Eventually we asked a simple question: why are we still doing this manually?
The idea behind Cosmobill came from that moment. Instead of creating a new invoice for every client, we wanted a single link we could send. Clients would fill out their own details. The invoice would generate automatically. We would save time, avoid mistakes, and get paid faster.
